The natural reserve of Calakmul in Campeche is the biggest in Mexico of tropical forest, it has also three hundred bird spicies and five of the six felines that live in north america.

One of the best sites for the observers of birds and nature. Calakmul was one of the most important cities of the Mayan empire. It has the biggest collection of dynastic texts. The pyramids are full of beautiful inscrpitions too.

Sometimes the fog covers the area and smoothly rise through the day and the view is amazing when you go up the pyramid and observe the animals sing and appear throught the tropical forest.
