If you are a flora and fauna lover we recommend you to go to Chiapas Zoo and go to Yaxchilan, Palenque and Bonampak that are some Mayan ruins in the middle of the jungle. There are also many natural beauties in Chiapas such as Cañon del Sumidero nominated as one of the seven natural wonders of the world, Agua Azul and Misolha. Oaxaca as well has a lot of beautifull places.

There is also a nice spectacle that starts in November and ends in February when millions of Mariposas Monarca (a type of butterfly) come to Mexican woods in Michoacan from Canada.

There are also a lot of fantastic places to swim under water and snorkel in El Caribe (in Yucatan and Quintana Roo) and in the Golf of Baja California between Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Sonora and Sinaloa.
