Uxmal
Reaching this interesting zone we can remark to the traveller the beautiful sight of the principle temples of Uxmal. Each one of the temples has an impressive set of art inside and outside. This suggest the splendor of the corts that ruled this place centuries before. All the buildings of these zone are very big and among them we can emphasize "The house of the governor" which is one of the first buildings of the continent. The region has no cenotes and for covering the water necesites the population built a large quantity of cisterns that recieved the water from the rain. Because of the building necesites, water from cisterns was not enough for the materials needed to construct. So the Mayas built big recipients to recieve water from the rain with rubblework beds. The most important one of this recpients is known as "Chen-chán" located at the west side of the city.
The Fortune Teller
The main building of this ruins. This building lays over a round base of a conic pyramidal form. In it's north, south and east side has four bodies. The stairway has 25.75 metes of height and the total height of the building is 31 meters.
The Cuadrangule of the Nunes
This buildings were occupied by the virgins that were meant to mantain the sacred fire. The east bulding has 48.37 meters long and 10.53 width and 8.43 meteres hieght. It has 5 doors of 2.18 meters height and one central of 2.55 meters.
The Ball Game
Located between the The Cuadrangule of the Nunes and the The Fortune Teller. In the central part of the walls their are two rings. It has two parallel walls of 21.05 meters tall and a length of 34.5 meters.
